Trained in Bologna with the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey, our co-founder Sarah works and consults as a Honey Sommelier both for Bermondsey Street Bees and independently with entities ranging from multinationals to small artisan honey producers across the world.
Maintaining a tasting library of rare honeys from across the globe, Sarah speaks and writes widely and appears as an expert on both radio and TV. She runs workshops , tastings, product development and professional training sessions for clients ranging from Slow Food and Cunard to some of the biggest names in the drinks industry. A member of the Guild of Food Writers, she also judges leading food awards.
