“Sarah is without a doubt an expert in all things honey. Creative, diligent, authentic and humble, she knows how to captivate a crowd who has never once thought of where honey comes from as well as fascinate Michelin-starred chefs. She’s a magnificent storyteller with a grounded sense of humour, and her ability to link brand messaging with her expertise is seamless. Above all, it is a genuine pleasure to work with her.”
